"The location is perfect for heading to the harbour for a dinner or a walk/bike. Close access to Stanley Park. The room was comfortable and had a mini fridge and coffee maker. Water bottles are provided daily to make the coffee.Staff overall are great. The hotel got a little overwhelmed at breakfast, so the service was a bit slow, but the food was great. We had breakfast and lunch. There is bike rental on the property."

"What a wonderful hotel! So close to the harbour and walkable to all the sites around downtown. The pool was a great way to relax and unwind after all the walking. We stayed in a Gold room and the access to the Gold terrace and all the amenities (breakfast and evening canapés) was superb and worth the extra cost."

"Hyatt is a very large hotel. It’s right in the hun of downtown Vancouver so it’s not quiet at night with ambulance and police car sirens going fairly often. It’s walkable to most touring options and to shopping and restaurants. Epic tours - transportation to Whistler- picks up at the hotel so this was a very convenient hotel for our family's needs. "

"The staff was helpful, and friendly. Offered tips on places to eat,walk,and directions to the beach and bus.We had a great room with a view of the harbor and a small kitchen and balcony. Would highly recommend for the price and use again!"

"I found this last minute and what a gem. I was greeted warmly by Thinh, and he instantly made me feel grateful for my choice. I also found out that if you are going to the port (on a cruise) they have a shuttle to take you there, no charge. Absolute bonus! The neighbourhood was easy to walk, near to ocean front dining, biking, walking, etc. The cafe's within a stone throw had wonderful menu choice, plenty of healthy options, and the street though busy, was quiet. The room itself had superior...

"Staff were very friendly. They did a lot to make us welcome. There was a mishap due to fire nearby, power was cut off, so it got hot in the room with no A/C, but that was outside of their control. They did what they could to help during the process. Room was pretty good, but shower is poor design. Water leaks through a gap onto the floor."
