"My kids loved the pool and the hotel itself was super neat and great art but rooms are not easily accessible. Not your typical high rise hotel with elevator access so just know that before you book.
Also no cancellation policy"

"We really liked the location in Old Montreal. Historic exterior of the hotel is beautiful. Rooms have character but are worn in areas. Our bed frame squeaked pretty loudly. We did like the on premise restaurants and the food was good, although the service was very slow most days. The Spa was nice and provided the services we were looking for. The room was noisy, with street noise, hallway noise and A/C rattles and hums. The blinds were not fully functional and lots of light comes in even when...

"Quiet, comfortable room. Elevators, although seemingly to have capacity for scanning room cards, did not utilise this function, so not as safe feeling as it could be.
Nice seeming restaurant, but we were turned about as they wanted to set up for dinner early afternoon - disappointing. Otherwise a pleasant stay."
