"We opted to upgrade our room to larger room as we were staying 4 nights and happy we did. Every staff person we interacted with was positive, friendly and accommodated our requests. Our room was clean and it was fun to check out the roof top bar for the view at night. The area was safe to walk and easy to get around. We were very happy we booked in the downtown area. Lots of choice for restaurants and tours to book. In particular we recommend the city walking tours. "

"The hotel is super close to the Brussels -Luxembourg train station and to the EU Parliament so perfect for me. The breakfast was amazing.
The room was old fashioned but all clean. The staff friendly. The area quiet "
