The hotel was very quiet though there wasn't very many amenities around it so there was no choice but to eat in the restaurant. The train station to get into Brussels was less than a ten minute walk from the hotel

Service at reception is extremely poor. No ownership by staff or management. Emails go unread. The only bright spot was the receptionist on night shift - and he’s not even permanent staff from the looks of it. I booked a suite, expecting quality, only to struggle to sleep due to poor AC. I informed the general manager, but heard nothing back. The gym has good quality equipment and there are nice spaces to work and hold meetings.

everything was really nice, the staff is very helpful and the cleaning staff was exceptional.. the food is really good and tasty something to improve is the wifi signal reception, specially in the edge rooms.. also the parking system not 100% reliable and I had to validate the tickets multiple times. overall a nice hotel, located near the airport. looking forward to stay there again.

The room was clean and modern, staff was friendly. Only downsides: - Parking was quite full and the spaces remaining were very narrow. - Shower pressure could be better

I stayed two nights. Everything was fine. The fitness center is excellent. My only complaint is the wifi didn’t work in my room. Nobody was able to fix it. The buffets were good and the staff were generally helpful. Book the shuttle in advance because they fill up.

Expensive shuttle service

Not impressed with the hotel as we found it below usual standard of VdV hotels. Also, we used the hotel shuttle and were charged 6 EUR per person… Other airport hotels in Bruxelles have FREE transfer.. The food in the restaurant was not served hot. Staff were very friendly though.

They had a room for us however they had no parking spaces for us. We had to park a block away on an obscure, secluded road. Additionally, the images posted by the hotel make this location appear really nice, trendy, and updated. And the first floor reception, bar, and restaurant echoed this presentation however upon entry to the first floor, you're welcomed with deteriorating carpets and highly scuffed walls. The room was clean and tidy, but lacked follow-through on the higher-end vibe the hotel attempts to portray. The bar and bar tender were awesome. The hotel was good and I would stay again, if the price was right.

Check in was very easy, a little bit confusing if you stay in the wing.We stayed in the Clubroom.There are no washcloths that for your reference.Also the bed was not that comfortable.There is only one sheet on top of the mattress that kept coming off and exposing the mattress and a comforter with a cover.I am used to sleeping on top of a fully covered mattress with a separate sheet to cover myself in case it’s too hot.I ended up sleeping mostly with no cover because the comforter was hot at times. The bathtub and shower room is large and everything worked well. The refrigerator was not that cold at all
