Our stay was confortable and this hotel is in a great location. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The lobby was beautiful, but the room we stayed was dingy and outdated. But other than that, it was great.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel, and overall everything was good. The room was comfortable, the service was nice, and we enjoyed our stay. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast. We stayed for 6 days, and unfortunately, the food selection was almost the same every day. We would have appreciated more variety and some changes in the daily options, especially for guests staying for several nights. Overall, we had a good experience and would consider staying again, but having a more varied breakfast menu would definitely make the stay even better.

The room itself was wonderful for families. Plenty of room for a family of 4. I was really disappointed with the breakfast. We arrived at 630am on our final morning to the lights off in the kitchen but some hot food on the warmer. We were told the chef didnt arrive until 7am. The food on the warmer was dry and you could tell it was yesterday's leftovers, including the cut up fruit and veg. Location is wonderful. a short walk to the train station and cafes / restaurants.

The location of this hotel is excellent, 5 minutes from the central train station and five minutes in the other direction to the Grand Place. We used it as our base to explore the smaller cities in the area (Bruges Mons Lille…) and the hotel was perfect for this purpose

This is a very nice hotel only a few minutes walking distance to Grand Place - which is an absolutely amazing site. Lots of history in Brussels and at the Grand Place. We enjoyed the on-site bar and the included breakfast.

excellent location. Very close to the Grand-Place. There is also an underground car park next to the hotel if you are driving. Room clean with all amenities needed for a few days. As we visited in a heat wave the water filter machine just outside the lift was well used. All the staff were welcoming and helped with all our requests/questions without any fuss. Would definitely recommend.

Helpful staff. We were able to check in a couple of hours early which was a surprise. Easy pickup from uber to airport in the morning. But it’s also steps away from Brussels central train station. Room had a bath tub and a big bed. Felt luxurious !

Novotel is a professional hotel chain offering good modern service. This location was excellent with many tourist sites within a 5-10 minute walk (Grand Place, Royal Galleries, Mannekin Pis, Central Station, Royal Place). We went on a walking tour of central Brussels and realized they took us on a circular tour around this hotel!

The hotel’s location was great. The rooms were quite clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was truly excellent. Overall, it definitely deserves praise for its service quality. However, during our stay, the elevators broke down twice. As a result, guests had to carry their strollers and suitcases up the stairs. Apart from that, we were satisfied with our stay.
