Very walkable location - a stone’s throw away from Brussels Central train station. The room seemed brand new - loved the separate tub and shower, as well as separate toilet. This was my 2nd stay in a Novotel hotel - both have been great.

The Novotel was in a terrific location, walkable to shops, dining and more. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. They assisted with arrangements for a taxi, storage of a large luggage item as well as label printing. The rooms were quiet and clean. This hotel was a great find!

The hotel was in an amazing location, right in the centre and everything was walkable from there. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel was beautifully clean. Only reason for the 1* check in was, having cycled there on a charity ride from Brugge, in blistering heat, asked for a tap water, which was next to reception & man serving me told my son & I that we could get water from our room! Exceptionally positioned in a square that gives you a front row seat and access to tons of shopping, dining and people watching options. Great location for my first visit to Brussels. It was even a 10min walk to the tour bus stops for those taking tours to Bruges and Ghent
