"Furniture in room was not useful, only for decoration. Lobby bar closed on spur of the moment at 6:30PM with 7 patrons due to bartender issue. "Our stay at Senza was very disappointing. We’ve stayed at many hotels that cost far less than the nearly $700 per night we paid here, yet received much better hospitality and service. "I had a lovely stay! The staff was so friendly & kind, can’t beat free parking, and I loved the voucher for the bakery next door! My only wish is a connect between the two buildings so guests don’t have to go outside to get to the lobby from the second building! Definitely recommend this place!"

"Had a Sister's Trip for my sisters 65th. It was so relaxing and the staff was amazing - Detra, Jose, Vicky, Sean were amazing. Leah was a great massage therapist. "Charming property in a beautiful location with lovely grounds and a great Napa atmosphere. Unfortunately our room had a significant water-pressure issue throughout the stay. While staff offered access to another room for showering, we were disappointed that the only in-room solution offered was a paid upgrade or a down grade. At this price point we expected a more proactive resolution. It’s a shame because otherwise the property is delightful. And if they offer you room 17, say no."

"Very clean, modern and spacious property with ample storage for your belongings in the room and many amenities on site including pool, gym, lounge with bowling and billiards, wine cave, grocery store, and two upscale restaurants. The location was super convenient for the music festival we were attending. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Housekeeping was great! We never had to ask for washcloths or towels which is not the case at many other hotels. I would definitely return for another stay!"
