This property has exceptional service, very clean and accommodating and tons of things to do while wandering around the property. The complimentary bottle of wine from a near by tasting room as well the spa Terra are a great way to start your stay.

Hotel was nice, good for families is there’s a ice-skating and kids related Christmas activities. The sun isolation between the rooms was the best, we could hear the next room sounds.

Staff was very nice and friendly, spa was a 10/10. Highly recommend. I received a Deep Tissue massage and the Aqua Glow facial. Thanks to the valet who was really nice to pull up my vehicle ready for me to have a smooth checkout.

Clean the staff was wonderful. The resort is impeccably kept. Though it’s not near all the wineries and good restaurants. It was a $20-$40 Uber away.

I had heard of the resort on IG and it was my first time staying here . I booked the two room suite and it didn’t disappoint me everything and everyone from our check in to our check out made my family feel extra special !!! Top notch and VIP treatment ! Room was clean but I saw areas on the bathroom door that needed to be cleaned. The rug needs to be replaced by the couch. The staff was amazing! My husband left his wedding room and the staff turned it in to security! Thank you! The bowling alley was so much fun! Food, music, drinks and staff all 5 Stars!! We will be back!

We had a beautiful stay at the Meritage. All the staff were exceptional—so polite, friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The free shuttle to downtown Napa was a wonderful perk. We loved both the adults only pool and the family pool. I can’t wait to go back their again with my family or for a girls weekend!
