This particular location is a bit dated, customer service is not great, breakfast took way too long, valet kept forgetting about our car and also took way too long several times. I would consider this a solid stay in downtown Napa. The walkability is a bit odd given you do have to cross a busy road to get to the downtown. However, the pool and hot tub was a very nice amenity and kept up to be very nice. The hotel bar was pricey for food (did not have any drinks) but the food was good. Overall, a nice place to stay in Napa and would return again. A solid “good” hotel.
