"櫃檯詳細解說，飯店設施完善，早餐是點餐的方式上餐的，不用擔心吃不飽因為都可以續點，中庭水療、景觀池、游泳池、12F還有付費裸湯可以用，不過房間也有冷泉、溫泉，這次旅程滿滿的放鬆充電感，下次還會回來試試SPA按摩。 附近也有許多景點南方澳漁港可以吃海鮮、或到豆腐岬海灣 都是停車很方便的景點。 這次和家人同行 一間日式、一間洋式 環境整潔良好。 我覺得有一個小小地方可以改進，飯店有提供洗衣設施，但沒有瓦斯乾衣機，只有洗脫烘會花較久的時間，希望飯店能考慮設置乾衣機。"

"遇到房間在裝修，商家直接幫忙免費升級，家庭四人房直接升級豪華雙人套房（直接升四個等級！），不愧是等級第二的房間太讓人驚艷了！覺得自己才住一晚有點虧😂，之後絕對會再二訪！要過去玩一定要住兩個晚上才玩得到東西，住一天行程真的太趕了！第一天中午12:30就能先辦理入住手續，辦完就可以先去游泳，所以泳具一定要分開放！一定要先拿出來噢！我自己還傻傻跟行李放一起，少了很多玩樂的時間。為什麼要住第二晚？因為可以電影畫完午夜場，睡到9點吃早餐再繼續玩其他設施！大部分設施要早上9:00過後才會開放！"
