"Lin is a very friendly front office worker (owner), who speaks excellent English and gave a detailed welcome tour of the cold spring. Lin also provides extra towels and a pillow as requested. The hotel floors are brand new and rooms have good AC. The cold spring bath was clean and we really enjoyed it. Amazing value too!"

We stayed for 5 nights and used it as a base for travelling around Yilan.The lobby was as well comfortable with an indoor playground with ball pits for kids.
