"We spent four nights in a double room with breakfast. Our room was very comfortable and exactly as we would have expected for this hotel. Breakfast was quite good but as a small hotel lacked some of the breadth of options that might be found in larger establishments. The extra charging for egg orders was a shame. "リアルト橋からすぐでカナルビューは眺めが最高でした。従業員の方はみんな親切で居心地がよかったです。浴槽があったのですがお湯がうまくたまらなかったのとエレベーターが階段を登らないのいけないのがちょっと残念でした。でもとてもよいホテルでした。また泊まりたいです。"

"We had an amazing stay! Loved our water taxi from airport to hotel. Loved being on the canal. Room was elegant. Staff was terrific. Breakfast was great. Convenient location. It was a dream stay.
We did have a problem with the bath tub in our first room. They weren't able to resolve the leak. We moved rooms after a couple of days."
