"We had the absolute best time at Le Windsor! The staff were so lovely and helpful, the breakfast was *chef’s kiss* and it’s in a stunning part of town. Highly recommend it and we’e love to go back."

"Probably the worst experience i ever had in this hotel!
Front door doesnt closed properly, so you felt unsafe.
I took pictures of 3 cockroaches in the 10 minutes i was in the property.
The photos doesnt match with the property at all."

"Wonderful hotel, attentive staff, great location, very good value for a 4/6 bed suite, ideal for a family, spa facilities were excellent, indoor and outdoor pool, less than a ten minutes walk to a fantastic beach, Biarritz only 15 minutes drive away, also local buses just outside of the hotel. Local shops a short walk away. It is located on a golf course, we do not golf but the bonus was that it is set in beautiful grounds."

"Nous avons adoré le Bizipoz à Saint jean de Luz! Magnifique hotel neuf (2025) très propre, beau mobilier, beaucoup de tablettes et de crochets pour aider dans la chambre à s'organiser. Emplacement parfait central à quelques pas du marché, de la place principale. Excellent accueil de notre chien (bols et lit fournis) avec un cookie de bienvenue.
