Loved this hotel, surpassed expectations. Large spacious room and bathroom, beautiful decor, excellent location but the best part was the staff. They were ever friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Special mention to Laurence (? My spelling may be off.. apologies) at the front desk … Superb.

The Mercury Biarritz was in a perfect location. Everything was within walking distance. The hotel was very clean, beds were very comfy. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful!

The personal we’re not friendly. Upon check in the other couple were given an upgrade at no additional cost. When my wife asked the receptionist was it possible to get an upgrade as welll she was very short with my wife saying she would have to check with the manager. We went to our room which was very small the phone wrang and my wife answered and was told an upgrade was not possible and hung up. Rude people! Never stay here again.

super week-end !

Un séjour le temps d'un week-end pour un spectacle à la Gare du Midi. L'hôtel est top, la literie très confortable, le personnel agréable, et le petit déjeuner parfait ! Nous nous sommes garées à proximité sans aucun problème, et nous aurions bénéficié du parking de l'hôtel si pas de place à l'extérieur. Nous avons tout fait à pied, tout était parfait !

Hotel 4 Étoiles

Nous avons logé dans la chambre 203 avec vue 🌊, lors de check in la réceptionniste n'as pas été dans la position de livrer des informations sur la ville de Biarritz et son éclairage de Noël, Dans la chambre 3 defauts, placard ne ferme pas, papier toilettes du 1ere prix, quelques cheveux dans la salle de bain, en tant que professionnelle cela m'échappe pas. Literie exelent, déco splendid pour un hotel Artdeco, le petit déjeuner peut etre améliorer avec un peux plus de choix ,Pains, charcuterie, fromages, pensé également que la ville de Biarritz est conue pour son chocolat, ca pouvez etre un plus soit dans les chabres de luxe ou en boisson au petit dejeuner, pas celui fait par la mashine a Café mais prépare comme il faut par le service petit-déjeuner. Sinon je apprécié mon sejour.
