"Had a lovely short stay at Auberge Basque. We took a garden room which was very cute and well decorated. The only downside was it was next to the carpark and road which was noisy and you could only have natural air by opening the back doors - We didn't want to use the air con so at night the room was a bit hot. The 6 course tasting menu was fantastic with some very interesting flavour mixes!"

"Tolles Hotel 7 km von Biarritz entfernt. Frühstück sehr gut und auch die komplette Anlage hat uns gut gefallen. Zwei Kritikpunkte: zu wenig Liegen am Pool wenn Hotel komplett gebucht ist. Außerdem ist Bad indem Superior Zimmern sehr klein und die Tür zum Bad ist nicht gut angebracht, da sich keine zweite Person im Bad aufhalten kann. Besser wäre eine Schiebetür oder im Notfall gar keine Tür"

"Excellent location close to public transportation (bus, train etc), shopping and restaurants! Walkable distance to the beach, and nearby town Ciboure. No need for a car at all, we took buses to Bilbao, San Sebastián Spain. Little choice at the hotel breakfast (wish there were fresh fruit), but staff prepared scrambled or sunny side up eggs upon demand. Overall I will highly recommend this hotel. "
