"Hotel stay was one of an experience, the rooms were clean and staffs were good. But the problem was lift , there were 4 lifts in the property and when i checked in only 2 lifts were working and there were nearly 30 people were waiting for lift and even the staff were using the same lift for service.,
The next day it was even worse there was only one lyft and it was hard to use it i had to walk down 17 floors due to the crowd and the worst part was staffs were using the same lift for service ....

"I recently stayed at the Gale Hotel for 6 days, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing.
Throughout my entire stay, housekeeping never serviced my room, even after I specifically requested it. When I asked about getting clean bed linens, I was told that I would need to change the sheets myself, which is not what I expect when staying at a hotel.
