"From the start walking into reception staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to ensure both myself and wife had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. "I wanted to check in fast and visit an important attraction before they closed. The reception lady indicated that by law she had to check us in right away and show us the room. I asked if I could leave my bags in the lobby and check in after and she said, "If I did that she could not grantee she could check us in." because she would be too busy. I was thinking that she had no choice in the matter to do so and if I had arrived at 8pm she would have to check me in if she liked it or not. ??"

"The peoperty is in a great location, check in and check out were completely hassle free. The property itself was rwally clean, comfortable and had absolutely everything you need. The washing machine was a godsend for a beach location like Cornwall. Would definitely recommend, especially for families with small children."

"The best place to stay in Bude. Beautiful, clean rooms (including a bar of Dairy Milk 👌) and I can highly recommend the breakfast."

"The check in is only between 5-8:30pm. I arrived at 9pm and luckily I called beforehand and the reception lady waited for me. The staff is very friendly. Everything was very clean. The kitchen is big and can allow 3 groups cook at the same time. The surrounding is serene. The river in the front provides natural white noise day and night, good for sleeping. "

"I never had an email to give me the key code, it said someone would be there to meet us to check in at 3pm but wasn't, I rang Padstow breaks who were so helpful and gave me the code and said we were definitely booked in and check in is 4pm and not 3 as expedia informed "

"My family & I stayed in one of the private chalets at Atlantic Bays Holiday Park near Padstow for 7 nights and had an amazing time! There was some initial confusion caused by Hotels.com, but Simon from Holidays Cornwall (who look after the Chalet we stayed in) was super helpful throughout our stay. The Chalet was lovely & clean, it had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. The beds, sofa and chairs were all comfortable. We had a tv in the living room and one of the bedrooms....
