"Our experience here was exemplary. Jennifer and Austin at the front desk were welcoming, friendly, funny and very helpful. The premiere king room we stayed in was beautifully decorated, tastefully preserving both the character of the old hotel and offering modern upgrades. "I booked a room on Expedia as a non-smoking king size room. When I checked in they gave a smoking room king size and was told that since I booked through a third party this is what I had to take. Not thrilled and the room and floor smelled terrible. Room service was not offered so I had to beg the staff for clean towels and wash clothes for the second night. Overall the hotel and casino was nice but not thrilled with the resort fee charges that everyone seems to be getting away with nowadays."

"Booked this for the pool and central location. It was great to be inside swimming around, watching all the people coming & going from PPG arena, lol! The hotel is close to everything, a short walk (highly recommend The Speckled Egg in the Union Trust Building. Delicious brunch and coffee, wow!) or you can catch a bus to explore further out. Hotel is clean, nice room. Got an upgrade with living room, it was gigantic! So very nice to spread out. Fairly quiet for being downtown. Friendly staff....
