"Stayed for a night 5th to 6th September. On checking in, the staff was not able to retrieve the booking from the details given by Expedia. They told me to contact Expedia and give the reservation number of Al Safwan and not Expedia. After multiple attempt, the reception had some sense to try entering the number and checked me in.
