"My family and I stayed one night on our way to Boston. Having been used to staying at a Holiday Inn & Suites or a Residence Inn by Marriot, staying at this Randolph Hotel in Liverpool a complete disappointment. The facility was worn down looking and the staff were far from accommodating. I would not recommend anyone staying at this location."

"Elevators were an issue. One out of order the other having a mind of its own (confirmed with multiple other guests we talked to in passing). Was told the AC isnt on yet because its not summer…hmmm its mid may in NY, we were on the 5th floor and it was boiling. Thermostat got to 79 overnight making sleeping unbearable. "

"Nice room, but housekeeping knocked and immediately entered my room at least 3 hours prior to checkout, which was a bit invasive. The only shower I had there was freezing cold, as they said they were having some plumbing issue. I probably wouldn’t stay here again. "

"Parking Parking Parking. This is a real problem that could easily be resolved by Hotel Management. It is insufficient and we and many others had to circle and circle without any hope of a space. When I let the Front Desk know of the issue they were aware and then gave me a parking permit for nearby parking behind the hotel. THIS SHOULD BE DONE AT CHECK-IN! Very frustrating. Also need to embrace the Mid century architecture! The decor throughout the hotel and rooms is a mishmash of...

"Building is clean, housekeeping staff eey nice. Front desk, was raining while on the phone with manager as I checked in. Trainees should have direct support. The grounds around the parking lot and outdoor space scattered with garbage, butts and trash... "

"This hotel looks a little bit like it's from an old horror movie. Very long dark hallways. We entered into our room and there were splatters of something running down the wall, some sort of white stains all over the bag the blow dryer was in, the bottoms if the doors were all splintered and I could not bring myself to walk barefoot on the carpet. We lifted the mattress up to check for cleanliness and found a used sleep mask. I would not stay there again."

"The staff were very nice and helpful. The location is very good. The room was big! The grounds are looking a bit rough. We were there off season so that may have had something to do with it. The room was very warm. We found out that the A/C wasn't turned on yet. Thankfully the windows opened. The breakfast is very basic. Hard-boiled eggs, bread, bagels, cereal, yogurt. "
