"We booked three rooms for our family and guests to celebrate our daughter’s graduation—an important family milestone. Instead of a comfortable and safe stay, we were subjected to unacceptable, unsafe, and embarrassing conditions that significantly impacted this special occasion.
• Rooms had wet floors, leaking ceilings, and non-functioning heating systems
• We were forced to move rooms four separate times due to repeated issues
• Hotel staff provided little to no meaningful assistance during...

"Even though it was under renovations our room was wonderful and the staff was very nice and friendly. The only criticism would be the coffee and tea that was available 24/7 in the lobby - it was always cold when we went to have a cup- once in the evening as well as in the morning. Great location as well."

"I’m not sure how this hotel has 4 stars. It is in bad need of repairs and maintenance, from the escalators and elevators to the pool paint peeling up from the bottom. Our water pressure in the bathroom was so low I had to go wash my hair at a friends room in the Hilton next door. Fluorescent lighting in the rooms, no cleaning staff.. this was rough. We couldn’t even go to the hotel bar because the escalator makes such a loud screeching sound every 5 seconds or so that echos throughout the entire...
