"Great location with easy accessibility to public transport. Room very clean and tidy, beds very comfortable, room serice daily do a great job and staff have great customer service and are happy to answer any question or help in any way they can. Its my second stay at this hotel due to its proximity to transport links and the city. "

"Great. Slightly on the higher side for expense, but fantastic location, fabulous breakfast and welcoming staff. Car parking is €35 a night, which is wildly expensive, and the pillows were of a poor quality so I awoke with neck ache. Otherwise we had no complaints and would highly recommend."

"This was a nice place near the airport. Rooms were very nice. They have shuttle service but it’s very crowded and only runs every 40 minutes. Plan well and depending on which property you stay at will determine if you sit or stand. On our pick up from the airport our driver forgot to stop at our hotel=60 minute shuttle ride. This service is provided by a 3rd party according to the very nice staff person, maybe they need to add a shuttle. "

"Getting to the hotel from the airport was simple and efficient, the train from Schipol airport to the city centre then the GVB 22 bus drops you right outside. The staff were outstanding, checking in and out was hassle free and I was given advice on the city, tips and any query I had the staff at Ibis were professional and helpful. The hotel location was ideal for me as it was quiet and public transport in the city is brilliant, the 22 bus was a God send, a Metro station is very close by and...

"I liked how convenient it is to travel to Amsterdam Centraal Station from the hotel with the metro, as well as the option to rent bicycles (although I did not use it as I can't navigate the city well yet without my phone). The staff and services were helpful and friendly. Only gripe is the area outside of the hotel which can be too quiet and dark to see properly sometimes, however it is still safe and I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. "

"The service was absolutely incredible. Eva and Giulliana not only managed to take care of our large party checking in, but also serve several other customers in multiple languages without missing a single beat. The breakfast was wonderful and if I am ever back in Amsterdam, I would hope to see these wonderful and generous staff members again. "

"Greatly valued a front desk with 24/7 staff who were always friendly and helpful. Very easy and fast check in, lovely canal view, good breakfast at hotel and provided a packed breakfast when we had to leave early in the morning, very convenient location to walk to and from train station, easy walk to local sights and range of dining options to walk to. "
