"Thanks for allowing early check in. The king bed is very big and comfortable for 3 adults. There is a sofa bed provided and I requested additional 2 pillows and blanket. Areas for improvement:- 1) increase variety choices of breakfast 2) increase the places or seats for breakfast as need to queue up very long due to no more seats for breakfast 3) No mineral water provided as hotel will provide 2 tumblers for filling up the water nearby the lift. "They closed all access to the parking after midnight and i had to go around the midvalley for numerous times just to find the entrance to the parking. When i asked the security, they pointed to Gate 2 but it was closed as well. After several rounds, went and see the security at the lobby again and he said it is open without even checking it. Had to argue for some time before he finally reached out to mall security to help and open the gate. Please improve. "

"Location is excellent, lots of good food and shopping centre. Staffs were not attentive enough,; bookes 2 nites but eoom card only activates dor 1 day. Carparkinf card also, did not activate… counter staff shld be more sensitive to such things and frustration of customers… "

"Shop lot style of boutique hotel. Considerably clean. Bed is comfortable, with good WiFi connectivity. Pantry has coffee, tea and some snacks for hotel guests. Plenty of FnB around the area within walking distance. RM50 / SGD20 cash will be required for deposit upon check in. Booking via Hotels.com is slightly higher priced than walk in price. I felt shortchanged. "

"良いホテルです。 安い割には部屋が広く快適です。 景色も良かったです。 ついつい居心地が良く延長しました。 飲食店もほどほどにあり、ハードロックカフェで生バンドの演奏を楽しみながらお酒も飲めました。 スーパーもあり部屋でご飯を作って食べれます。 サウナを楽しみにしていったんですが、温度が60度までしか上がらないのが残念でした。"
