"First room they put us in the fridge was still in a box and when my girlfriend went to use the shower it ended up flooding the floor in this room called the front desk and within a couple minutes they were outting us in a differwnt room and had absolutly no issues with the second room. They took great care of us and had no issues after the switch"

"Overall, a good, clean place for a one-night stay. There were a few hits and misses. Reception at front desk was a somewhat frustrating experience as she could not find my reservation. Turns out it was because she was reading my name backwards. Then later, she could not find my member account even after I gave her the account number. "Check in was extremely delayed. The front desk team were doing their best. There was a massive back up with turning the rooms over which backed up the check in process. Once in the room the mattress was TERRIBLE!!! I had to take pillows and make a bed on the floor. It was my worst experience. I stayed there many years ago when the property first became a Hyatt house and it was an amazing experience. It became my preferred property when in town but after this I will not be reserving here again...
