"I arrived close to midnight after a long flight. The reception staff was busy with other travellers who were taking a while but checked me in quickly. There was a reasonable selection at breakfast. It was easy to arrange the airport shuttle. "

"3 persons staying but always provide only 2 sets of towels. Stayed 5 nights but need to request 4 nights . Toilet bowl not cleaned. Wifi very weak. Keep cutting off. No more staying unless improvement "

"The best quality of this location is ease of accessing within a short walk a city show, shopping, dining, groceries, any supplies including extra luggage, and transport options including light rail handy, bus handy, taxi handy. It is also a quick trip to Sydney Central train station or then in to airport locations. Service was consistently of the highest standard yet with a warm, friendly manner."

"Hotel location was peaceful and the receptionist were very kind all the time. There is one time children room the light bulb went off so when we inform them..the action was fast. In the standard room the heater was slow and a bit old...so very noisy during night as we need it in winter time. Breakfast very simple and nice. Wi-fi was very good. Actually, first we did not get the wi-fi access as they said it's not in the package but we manage to show the booking confirmation that includes wi-fi...
