"Bright, clean, lobby and room—well-located a five minute walk to the main busy section of town, and a two minute walk to the Sorrento train station with access to Pompeii and Napoli. Reception was friendly and was able to provide access to my room a couple hours in advance of check-in time when I arrive around 11:30am. If room had not been ready they had confirmed luggage could be stored prior checkin or after checkout.
Bed was comfortable, the pillows were so-so. Regular and usb charger outlet...

"Wir sind Mitte April als Paar gemeinsam mit meinem 83-jährigen Schwiegervater angereist. Trotz seiner Mobilitätseinschränkungen war der Aufenthalt problemlos möglich – es gibt einen Fahrstuhl, und man kann mit dem Auto direkt bis vor den Hoteleingang fahren. Anschließend wird das Fahrzeug im oberen Bereich des Hotels geparkt.

"Room was very hot when outside temperature was 65 deg F. Air Conditioning was not operating in April. Only heater worked. Only way to cool off room was to shut off hot air fan and keep window open all night long. Bed mattress was sooo firm I literally got a back ache and did not get any sleep. "Nice people and very reasonable prices. Location not the best if you DON’T do your research ahead of time. -But if you can figure out how to purchase bus tickets in downtown Sorrento at a tobacco shop first, then it is only about 8 minutes from the city center. I was shocked to find out that taxi cabs cost anywhere from 40-70 euro for such a short distance.
