"NIGHTMARE…our room was 84 degrees every night!! AC TERRIBLE!!! The front desk people did not care…we were told thats as cool as it gets. We used hand held fans just to have a little relief. The bathroom was even hotter no ventilation… well over 87 degrees. We got no sleep! The lights would flicker, I was afraid of an electrical fire. They were doing construction work on the property, woke up to power tools at 8am. Breakfast was just ok. They would only leave 2 bath towels even though they knew...

"The views and room were absolutely amazing, and the location is beautiful. Once you get settled, there are plenty of great restaurants and shops within walking distance.

"We had a wonderful stay in Sorrento! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and everything was exactly as described. The self check-in process was simple and convenient, and communication throughout our stay was excellent. The location was a huge plus—close to restaurants, shops, and all the main attractions, making it easy to explore the area on foot.
