"First and foremost, the staff here are so extremely sweet! There are about a million stairs to climb in order to get from the street to the hotel, so be prepared for that. "Wonderful reception…. Very friendly and helpful. This felt more authentic in comparison to other stays in Peru. We had to wake up early the following morning, before breakfast hours, and they offered an early breakfast and were overall very accommodating. The location is tucked away off of a walking route and feels like a special sanctuary on beautiful, lush grounds with lots of flowers and trees. Overall, a wonderful experience. "
