"The Luxor will NOT allow you to talk to a human at Check-in. The Check-in deck has a Guard in front who forces you to check in at a Kiosk. The only problem was my name was Transposed in the reservations. Finally, someone at the kiosk assist came to help me check-in. When They found the problem, they checked me in. When I asked about going to talk to a human and changing it so I wouldn't have the problem checking out they told me to go to the room and call to do it. Only problem was the...

"First time to Vegas, this hotel was great location. In the middle of everything on the strip. Very easy to get an uber/ taxi/ ride share. Had to get to the pool early if you wanted a chair that you didn’t have to rent. Lots of food options in and around the property"

"Harrah’s is ok, wat ik vervelend vond was dat het zwembad niet open was terwijl alle andere hotels dit wel hadden. We konden wel naar het zwembad in de Link en Flamingo zonder kosten, maar het is toch lekkerder als je het zwembad in house hebt. Ook hadden we veel geluidsoverlast van de buren, stomdronken, ruzies midden in de nacht, nooit eerder meegemaakt in hotels in Vegas, dat was niet prettig. Voor de rest prima hotel, zeer gunstige ligging midden op de strip met genoeg eetgelegenheden."
