"The staff were friendly and polite, which I appreciated. However, the room was absolutely disgusting. There were bugs on the pillows, and when I brought it to the staff’s attention, I was told it was “just a wasp.” That response was very concerning and did not address the issue.
I was traveling with my baby and did not feel comfortable or safe staying in the room. As a result, I had to leave and pay for another hotel. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not stay...

"Property was in a great area but very noisy. Lots of noise from street especially if you like to sleep in. Coffee was really bad, I usually love Drury Coffee but had to go out every day to purchase elsewhere. My room was next to the housekeeping room and they were extremely loud talking in the morning and it was definitely not a good fit."
