"My husband was at Shand‘s for open-heart surgery. I am so happy that I found this Condo. It was perfect to go back-and-forth from the hospital as it is only about 5 to 7 minutes away. it was super clean, stocked nicely, and the washer and dryer made it perfect. The communication from the owner is great. All kinds of shopping and restaurants are within 5 to 10 minutes from the condo as well. I would highly recommend this for anyone going near Shands or UF."

"The Yearling Cabins are somewhat remote. I planned my stay around a guided tour at the Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings State park and dining at the Yearling Restaurant."

"This was a great house. Large rooms. Well stocked kitchen. Very clean. Play room if you have kids. 20 min from Palatka. 45 from Gainesville. Stayed here and went to Morgan Wallen concert in Gainesville. Very easy drive. There is a grocery store, Dollar General, CVS, couple fast food restaurants, all within 4/5 miles. My son used to fish in palatka, on St John’s river, and this would be a great place to stay for those tourneys. Communication was great. Check in was very easy, and it was...

"A very nice cabin tucked away! We mostly enjoyed the chickens visiting us on the porch during morning coffee! The cabin is about 20 mins from the Springs and grocery store/market. High Springs town about 30 mins. Bring your own ice…no ice maker. If you need anything at all, the owner lives on the large property and happy to help but does respect your privacy…never saw him and the check in process was seemless. Loved the stay and sure you will as well."
