"The hotel itself was fine but there were absolutely no staff there. I had a very difficult time getting into the hotel itself, the only way in was to call a number posted on the front door and my phone didn't allow me to make an international call. It took about half an hour to finally get in, so definitely a frustrating experience. I was only there for one day, 2pm-5am the next day and at no point did I see any staff. "Staff was great. We had to be moved since we originally did not get the room we reserved. The room was tiny. You could just walk around the beds. The shower was tiny, barely able to turn around. The website said it it had an elevator, it did not. Renovation was underway way that left an adhesive smell in the air. Location near the rail terminal was convenient with great restaurants and shopping near by."

"My stay at Hotel Caprera was fantastic. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, providing information on sightseeing and restaurant recommendations. The breakfast is extensive and varied, and the croissants are served warm. The room was very spacious and clean, and the bathroom was stocked with towels and toiletries. There was also a small terrace. The air conditioning works perfectly in both the room and the reception area. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"We checked in and checked for bedbugs. Didn't see any at the time. Went out for supper and the people in the room next door came out showing us bedbugs that they found in their room. We weren't able to get in contact with the owners. After seeing this, we left and booked another hotel room for a lot more, at 11:00 pm, and took us 40 minutes to walk. I don't recommend this to anyone."
