"Our stay overall was great! The room was very clean and the staff were very kind and helpful. The North Shore walking trail is absolutely beautiful!! I was very surprised that smoking is allowed in the casino. I didn’t appreciate smelling like stale cigarettes at the end of the night, especially these days when smoking isn’t allowed anywhere indoors. Also, request a higher floor as we were right above the terrace rooms on the river side, and people were partying right below us until well into...

"The lady working the bar was very nice.
Our room had the tub water running and we couldn’t turn it off. Stain on bedroom ceiling. Received bad directions to our room and the reception was not very helpful.
People partying outside late. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. In a pinch, it’s ok but will find another when we return to the Lamp Theater."

"Everything you might want in an overnight stay in an airport hotel. Clean, quiet, relaxing—a nice respite after a cancelled flight. They were having problems with the TV cable vendor when I was there, and if that’s the case for you, you can get a copy of the channels in person at the front desk."
