"Employee who checked me in was not friendly at all. Felt as I was bothering her. Rooms were very large and clean. Beds were comfortable and room had a small refrigerator which was convenient to store food items since there is no where nearby to purchase food after 3pm. The motel property could use some cleaning up. Pool, splash pad and water slides were a big bonus especially if you have children. My two sons ages 7 and 10 had a blast. We decided to go to Walmart in Pecos on our way to motel to...

"The check in and check out was quick. I had issue with tv remote. Clerk came right away and resolved issue. Rooms were quiet beds were comfortable. When we go back for Apple Festival in October. I'm staying there."

"Property is run down but looks like it has potential with experienced maintenance. Poorly ran wires in main hallway look like temporary garbage. A sharp maintenance team could turn this into a great place. But looks like it is slipping into a maintenance issue "

"Clean, polite, on the main drag, easy to get in and out of the facility. Outside is outdated but very well maintained. Inside is modern, very clean and well maintained. Better than I expected for the price. "

"We’re traveling across the country with kids so we’re stopping at night to sleep in different places as we go. The room and property were clean and the staff were really nice. The air conditioner was nice and cold and the towels were fluffy. We grabbed a muffin and cup of coffee before we hit the road. Seems like it’s an older hotel that they fixed up. Lots of places to eat around there."

"The AC had not been turned on previous to our arrival on a very hot summer day. It took 3 hours for the room to cool to q bearable temperature. Other than that we were very pleased"

"Arrived around 7pm and was told our room wasn't ready. Explained that they had an issue with cleaning staff and offered a late check out. Staff was extremely apologetic and kind. We went to dinner (which we were going to do anyway) and got our room as soon as we got back. Felt like the issue was handled well, only thing that would have been better was if we had been notified before we arrived. Room itself was clean and spacious. The black out curtains were great. Standard breakfast."
