"Very nice people that run the place. Very nice hotel. Love the bathtub. "

"We were traveling during off season with a dog and they have us a first floor room which was nice. We were able to park right in front of our room. Breakfast was very basic, but the coffee maker in the room had Folgers coffee. The location can't be beat! Just a few minutes drive from Carlsbad Caverns. We would stay there again."

"Spacious rooms, staff was awesome, beautiful place, went to breakfast and asked what we wanted and he cooked us bacon and sausage fresh! Best breakfast we have had this 10 day trip! The king size bed was also the most comfortable we have slept in this trip. The kids did say the beds in the other room they slept in wasn’t as comfortable but weren’t too bad!"

"Older motel but clean and felt safe. Friendly staff. Easy access to both Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains National Parks. "

"Staff was helpful when we were arriving after 1am (when the front desk closes), they left us keys and easy instructions to access. Breakfast was made to order and had multiple free options and the ability to pay for upgrades. "
