"The owners, Timothy and his wife, have taken an old hotel and done everything one could imagine to make it appealing and to satisfy their guests. It is a small hotel, but well worth the nightly rate. The rooms are clean and have a small kitchen type arrangement. There is also a common breakfast area that is well stocked. You can tell the owners work hard to make sure you are happy and satisfied. Though we didnโ€™t have the opportunity to meet Timothyโ€™s wife, Timothy was always reachable, kind, and highly communicative. We were amazed at how detailed their offering was. We highly recommend this place for an economical and pleasant place to stay."

"The cabin was exactly as described on-line and everything went according to promise. All communication was was by text and on-line and worked very well. The cabin was very comfortable, clean and easily accessed. Itโ€™s within walking distance, if you are able, of most things the village of Cloudcroft has to offer. We will be returning here again as soon as we can."
