"The Stargazer was such a pleasant surprise! The rooms were clean and comfortable. When we checked in we noticed that one of the beds in our room was broken. The hotel staff took care of the problem as quickly as they could. The coffee machine in the lobby was such a treat. So many choices and the coffee was great! We will definitely return to the Stagazer next the next time we are in Monterey!"

"The room was very clean and seemed to be recently updated. It had a refrigerator with a small freezer and a microwave. Also the room was the right temperature when we arrived not freezing like many chain hotels. We received a call from the office staff since we were arriving late in the evening.
