I had a wonderful time at Pelangi Beach Resort and Spa. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with well-designed spaces that make you feel welcome the moment you arrive. Everything was spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the common areas. The service was amazing — every request was handled quickly and with a smile. The staff were truly wonderful, so friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to make sure we feel comfortable and are cared for. Overall, Pelangi is a gem. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay with top-notch service and an atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. I can’t wait to come back!

Great location close by to the airport. Nice rooms just slight in need of TLC and little dated but apart from that great!

We arecompletely amazed by this luxury hotel. From the staff to the facilities, everything is simply flawless. The team truly goes out of their way to assist you and even remembers your name. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed with complimentary massages and refreshing towels, a lovely touch! The check-in process was smooth and personalized, with no waiting in line. Initially, we had booked the Merchant room with stunning Marina views, which was beautiful, but we were offered an upgrade to the Viceroy room with a sea view. We qualified for a complimentary upgrade, but for some reason, there was a charge, which was fine, and we don’t regret it at all. The room was exceptional, featuring a four-poster bed and ample space. The bathroom was impressive with his and hers sinks. Each room comes equipped with a Nespresso machine, which is fantastic. My only minor concern is that the mugs are quite large and don't fit properly under the machine, causing them to tilt. Unfortunately, when I left the machine unattended, the mug fell and broke. It might be wise to consider providing appropriately sized mugs to prevent any accidents. The swimming pool was wonderful, offering plenty of areas to relax and unwind. Breakfast at the Planters was incredible! You can choose between à la carte and a beautifully arranged buffet. Breakfast was absolutely delicious! There are numerous dining options available as well.
