The staff was very attentive to our needs. My wife received oxygen as soon as she arrive due to the altitude sickness. Providing a schedule for spa time outside of the office hours was handled well by the concierge. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel to family and friends!

Beautiful grounds and pool. La Chalaca was very good and we enjoyed the paddle boards as well. It's too bad the concierge is not willing to call pisco distilleries to book on your behalf

Safe area a block from the main square of old town. Staff was amazing. Rooms were spacious and with lots of supplies. Restaurant in the hotel was not great but the bar area had food and was a popular spot.
