All the staff gave 5 star service. Everyone was so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you.
On my first night my room 126 had noisy traffic outside but staff moved me next day to 123 which was much appreciated.
My room looked onto the lovely pool area.
Hotel was very clean with fresh towels and bottles of water daily

Lovely location and lush green setting.
Hotel itself is a little tired but very well maintained and looks like being updated. Room and amenities were still lovely and spacious.
Sunset BBQ dinner was great and the pools are very nice.

The room was clean and the toilet was bigger than expected. It also featured a super clean bathtub which my wife loved.
The view from our balcony was breathtaking and we just enjoyed the moment.
The staff were true professional. An incident of a faulty ceiling fan was encountered at our balcony around 10.30pm. Upon informing the front desk, the technician came swiftly and they fixed it right away.
I am surprised by the the technician's availability at that hour & on the spot rectification. Well done!!
We will certainly book this hotel if we come to Langkawi again 😁
