Koh Samui Islands Kid friendly Holidays

We stayed in the Malee room (1 Bed Grand Pool Villa) and it was exceptional. It is exactly like how the pictures show. The staff are very accommodating and always looking to help. The property is located up a hill which makes the views exceptional. This also makes it a bit harder to move around as you can't walk to places but there is a free shuttle service to two beaches which mitigates most of that inconvenience. Overall a great luxury property.

The Staff was awesome until the checkin. After that some of them were just o.k. there are lot of mosquitoes in the room as the shower have opening to the back. Breakfast was very low level, and breakfast staff are the worse. Not helpful not polite at all, feels unwelcome. Food was not fresh and not much options. Food at the pool was good, and pools and beach access are great! Don't spend on breakfast and bring two mosquitoes repellers. Also we had a giant spiderin the room that was a scary situation. Beside that it's beautiful

We have a great week of stay. Breakfast spread was amazing. Staff polite, cordial and helpful. Amenities were great as well. We used YHI spa facility too and it was 10/10 too.
