Staffs always helpful with fluent English.
The breakfast is large variety of choice. Room is clean and quiet at night. The TV in room is great, can wifi projecting the phone screen easily. So far, its the best among the 3 hotels I had been stayed while biz trip in Hanoi centre.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially as we stayed during TET. The hotel was on the edge of the Old Quarter which as perfect as it was a short walking distance but not too noisy.

Very clean, great staff. The location is perfect is the old quarter near everything. The only thing is that there is not much space for breakfast. Small room and when everyone goes at same time, there is no table left. Some platters are empty sometimes so I think there should maybe be one more person ...
