The staff were exceptionally courteous, particularly the housekeeper. Although I cannot recall her name, I was staying on the 15th floor, and she was very kind and helpful.

The hotel is undergoing extensive renovation. We were not advised of this when we booked . There was constant building noise some even at 2am. There were a number of facilities not in use. We paid premium rates for the hotel and there should have been a discount for the missing amenities and noise.

We had a great stay in Oahu! 🌺 The hotel was in a perfect location, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. Everything was convenient and easy to get to. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it! 🌴✨
