Never again!I cannot recommend this hotel. When we arrived late in the evening, we were told that the room I had booked was no longer available. Instead, they offered us an extremely dark, basement-like room with a tiny window and no balcony — completely different from what I had booked. When I complained, the receptionist, I believe her name was Carolina or Carol, was very unfriendly and told us the only other available room required a $120 upgrade. Since it was late and we needed somewhere to stay, we reluctantly agreed. After checking out, we were suddenly told it was actually $120 per night plus tax, totaling around $380. This had never been clearly communicated. We never wanted an upgrade — we simply wanted the room we had booked. The hotel blamed the third-party booking provider, even though Expedia was still showing available rooms. In the end, I still had to pay half of the extra charge. The whole experience felt extremely unfair and left me feeling that tourists were being taken advantage of. From the unfriendly reception to charging us extra for a room change we never requested, this was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel. There are much better options.

Parking is expensive just rent a car on days you need it Uber every where else.

1. There was a constructional noise in the morning (starting ~9:30 am). 2. We had the impression that the hotel doesn't restrict the access to the property: we saw that people from the street and other hotels are coming freely to the hotel's restaurants or to the hotel's beach. So, It was super crowded everywhere. Unexpectedly crowded! 3. One day I came to the beach like at 10:30 am and there were no sun chairs and umbrellas available for rent. I was told that I have to come at 6:30 am to get something. Well, when I'm on my vacations, surprisingly, I don't want to participate in a race for the sun chairs especially taking into account how much the hotel cost. Overall, the hotel is not bad, but you will not relax there. And, IMHO, it doesn't cost the money they ask.
