It was okay. The room m is very outdated!! If you’re going to rate your hotel as a 4 star you definitely need to upgrade the rooms! It’s was very loud at night trying to sleep

Amy at the front desk was amazing she was very friendly. The room is clean and spacious, bathroom is amazing it has a shower and bathtub. We could see the sphere from our window. It was a pleasant stay.

Great gym and pool facilities. Air conditioning in the hotel room was a delight as we stayed during the heatwave in late January 2026. We had friends travelling from the UK who were also staying on a different floor of the hotel to us.
