Easy to book and convenient location, staff are great. Breakfast is below average but McDonalds close by. Also, there is a £14 park charge which isn’t obvious until after check in.

Room was ok. Seemd like it wasnt cleaned well between guests. For a remodeled room the bathroom fan was falling out of the ceuling, the a/c unit worked when it wanted, and there was dried food embedded in the carpet.

Great view and am grateful they were amenable to letting my friend and I stay longer due to blizzard. Also grateful about the laundry service. But bathrooms could have been better installed

staff was cool, but I found a cockroach on my bed…. Changed rooms and upgraded, although we had to move in the morning to a different room was very inconvenient.
