Parking was a pain, figuring out where to check in was a pain, getting to my room with multiple different elevators was a pain, checking out was a pain. The arcade was a rip off. Bed was comfortable. Excellent location for us (we walked everywhere we wanted to go, including all the Broadway theatres). Shared washroom which was sometimes an issue when people left wet towels lying around.
