I love this hotel and will continue to stay here. I don’t give 5 stars in all areas because the jacuzzi is kept at a temp that feels lukewarm. It’s also a tiny jacuzzi with rough texture that snags bathing suits and scratches skin. It doesn’t match the opulence of the hotel. I had to call 4 times ...

We arranged a surprise 30th Birthday celebration at the Tonga Room for our son and stayed overnight. The hotel and the rooms are gorgeous. We were upgraded to a corner room in the Tower and the views of the City were unparalleled. It was an incredible experience all round
