Quality of restaurants were OK, seems like they have downgraded over the years. Casino floors were not as full as in the past. Rooms were pretty good, had no issues there, just the Casino area needs a re-vamp.

Everything about the resort was fabulous! The decor, the rooms, the front staff who were so helpful and all of the amenities. We chose Cabana Bay because of its proximity to Universal and with the shuttle service, it maximized our weekend trip and made it so memorable!
