The room was very nice. My first time staying at Mandalay and I liked it a lot. The staff was great, the room was very nice as well. Very clean and great sheets & comfortable bed. I typically stay at Bellagio, Cosmo, MGM and Trump. I liked Mandalay and put it over most places in vegas.

It is always so lovely! Family friendly , they meet characters in the lobby and they have a whole water section for kids. The rooms are amazing! I booked a view of volcano bay and it did not disappoint if you were just staying at the hotel there is much to do,

Room was dirty, no microwave or fridge, self check in kiosk was a disaster and the keys it made didn’t even work by the time we got to the elevator so we had to go back and get new ones. No staff to greet or check you in. The rooms were extremely loud
