Staff were friendly and supportive. Food is good and I really like all the facilities available in the room except the limited access to TV/ entertainment channels and noisy air purifier. Other than these minor issues, good place to stay. I would be great if they move the check out time to 12pm instead ...

Check in was long and painful. Got to our room, it was in rough shape. Stained floors, scratched up furniture. Woke up to a huge roach in our bathroom. They changed our room immediately and it was just as bad.

My room wasn't cleaned very well. Used/dirty towel hanging on bathroom towel bar. several pieces of hair in the bed and floor needed vacuumed better. That is all other than The Tuscany is great. Love the location. Will be back.
