There is little to no customer service. You check in with a computer kiosk. If you call or approach staff, they are rude, inattentive and sloppy or they do not speak clear English. The place is clean, but the elevators are crowded and confusing. The food is extremely expensive! Even water is over ...

The room was clean and fairly modern. It was a 5+ minute walk and elevator ride from reception to my room, which was too long. Breakfast options were very limited and overcrowded. There was almost no staff to be found.
