No tea coffee facilities in the room. Shower was filthy. Mould on shower chair and hand rail. Only 2 sockets. Side table loose , unsafe to put anything on. Hairs and bits all over the floor. Bed was comfy

The room needs to better cleaned, I literally could not walk barefoot as the only day I did the bottom of my feet were not dirty they were filthy black. The rooms need more towels and the room had no iron. Im glad I took a portable one.

The outside area next to the revolving doors is disgusting and definitely is cleaned regularly. The pools are advertised as five pools...but only two are available to visitors...plus the close at 5:00 making it difficult to use. No perks .. no free coffee or anything of the sort..
